He provided me with excellent quality workmanship along with very efficient time management. I was very pleased, so I had him give me a price for a whole house (in very bad shape) remodel investment property. After that work was completed, I placed the house on the market and easily doubled my initial investment. Most recently, I had him do a bathroom remodel project for me. He is honest and up front with pricing, timelines and I have never experienced any surprises or delays.”

"David was our contractor for an outside renovation and exterior paint job beginning September, 2022. Our house
has wood cedar shingles siding and was built in 1949. We had numerous bids on the job and David was the only
contractor that knew where to purchase the type of shingles we needed for an old house plus he was the only contractor that was confident to tackle the job. While other contractors told us all shingles needed to be replaced David spent 2 hours walking us around our home to access what areas could be preserved and what needed replacement. Once the work began David and crew were always on time, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and a true pleasure to work with. David is an excellent communicator, returning phone messages promptly and was available in person when needed. In addition, we appreciated the attention to detail in all areas of the renovation, prep work, shingle replacement, painting and clean up. Last month David enlarged an interior closet space to house a washer and dryer and once again did an excellent job.
