About
From the beginning, our company philosophy has always been rooted in honesty and quality work. ‘Quality above all.’ Give folks quality workmanship using good materials while communicating thoroughly and transparently. Although these are not the only important factors that go into a project, we have found that it is a great place to start and it goes a long way. Of course, timing and cost are huge factors as well, but at the end of the day, people want a quality job that will stand the test of time. They want value, or ‘bang for their buck.’ They want the inconvenience of going through the work minimized. A successful project for us is one in which our customers had a good experience and are happy.

We believe that good relationships make for good business, and this is especially true when it comes to our relationships with our customers. Trust is usually the foundation of a solid relationship. We understand that it is something that we must earn and continue to build throughout your project and beyond. From our initial consultation, you will appreciate our knowledge and enthusiasm for what we do. There is no substitute for experience, and we are certainly not lacking in that department. We listen. We explain things in an understandable way without speaking down to folks. We make a concerted effort to communicate openly in an effort to set expectations, keep you informed and avoid misunderstandings. We do not believe in over-selling folks, and we will be honest and thorough in our assessment of cost and feasibility. I am humbled and proud that we have a high rate of repeat customers. Indeed, earning and building trust is ongoing, but it begins with that first meeting.
As we were wrapping up an interior remodel recently, the homeowner handed me a card with a hand-written note. She wanted to give us extra thanks for not only doing a great job, but for making possible what others had told her was not possible. She had an older home and the remodel presented some additional challenges, but with some extra effort and care, we were able to get it done. Her note was incredibly nice and it was another example of how I am very fortunate to be able to do what I do. It is a great feeling to help people out, solve an issue and make their lives a little better through our services.
And finally, a big Thank You to our customers, employees, sub-contractors and everybody else who come together to make a successful project. I am very fortunate to be surrounded by a great group of professionals who love what they do. I can assure you that should you give us the opportunity to help you out, you will be in great hands.
